This is another set of sculptures created for the artists Boy & Erik Stappaerts.

These fascinating sculptures were moulded and cast in layers of polyester and epoxy, then sanded to a perfect finish.

Finally, the sculptures were coated in high-gloss black spray paint and exhibited in a pitch-black dark room.

The installation sat alongside the first "conflict painting," a 13-metre-long artwork that would become one of their renowned (polarisation) colour studies.
